The Torquay community has well and truly spoken with 94% of submissions in favour of Option 2 to Protect Spring Creek, however, now we have to convince the state government panel to support Option 2 as well. The panel hearing starts on March 15th and the developers are armed with the big guns of the legal world including QC’s, solicitors and expert witnesses. 

We have a barrister representing us at the hearing but we need funding to pay for that so we have set up this Go Fund Me page.
